Stoics lets you put a real problem to seven Stoic philosophers and get an answer in their own voice, with the citation attached.

Contact

Write to support@stoics.chat. Include your device identifier if you are asking about your own data — Settings → About in the app shows it.

We answer support mail within a few days.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled on your device:

Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stoics → Cancel Subscription

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current term ends, or it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Free trial

Both plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription renews at $4.99/month or $39.99/year, whichever you chose.

Delete your data

Email support@stoics.chat with the device identifier you want removed. We action deletion requests within thirty days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
